  • Q: What is the minimum age to play?

    A: Our general recommendation is 6 years old, however we have encountered children as young as 3 years old who have enjoyed playing. As long as the pack isn’t too large/heavy and the child is comfortable in the darkened arena, they should be fine.


    Q: What is the minimum/maximum group size?

    A: Minimum would be 2 players, maximum would be up to 40 players.


    Q: What are the system specs of the laser tag attraction?

    A: We have 40 state of the art Laserforce gen 8 packs. Our dual arena space is 6,000 square feet (the largest on Long Island) which can be combined into one or split into two to best accommodate any group.

    Q: Can we walk in and play, or do we need to make a reservation?

    A: Walk-ins are welcome! We have a dual arena layout, so even if there is a birthday party currently using one arena, we never have to say no to anyone who just wants to play a game or two. We do recommend that groups of 10 or larger call ahead so that we can best accommodate them.

  • Q: What is the minimum age for Virtual Reality?

    A: The recommended minimum age is 7 years old.


    Q: How many people can play at once?

    A: Currently we have one VR booth operational. We can accommodate one player at a time, for session times from 15 minutes to an hour.


    Q: Can I share the session with other players in my group?

    A: No, sessions are only for one person at a time. Players should not attempt to remove the headset without staff assistance.


    Q: What are the system specs of the VR equipment?

    A: Vive Pro 2 headsets, running on custom built i7-11700K PCs with 32GB of RAM, GeForce RTX3060, and enough RGB to make you think you’re at a Pink Floyd concert.

  • Q: Do you offer birthday party packages?

    A: Yes we do! Just click on the blue “Book a Birthday Party Now” button at the top or bottom of the website to take a look at the packages we offer.


    Q: Do you offer group discounts?

    A: Yes we do! For groups of 20 or more, including walk-ins, camps, sports teams, corporate events, and fundraisers. Please contact us for more information if you are interested.
